PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN
Third-party carriers will make an attempt to deliver the package and may leave it at your door or on your porch. We are not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver has confirmed delivery. Contact assistance if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
INACCURATE ADDRESSES
Please tell us at support@ijoyshogun.com if a package is returned to us due to address mistakes, is stamped “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is judged undeliverable for any reason by the final carrier. Once the box is returned to us, our returns staff will process it and either refund the subtotal of your transaction or charge a 15% restocking fee for free shipping orders.
